You can request deletion of your account and personal data without having the app installed or signing in. Fill out the form and we'll confirm by email.

We receive your request
You get a confirmation email with your case number.

We verify your identity
We may ask you to confirm from the email address registered on the account.

We delete the data
Within a maximum of 30 calendar days. Encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
You can also send your request by email to privacidad@skyia.ar from the registered address, with the subject line "Data deletion request".
